About Us

WE CONNECT CLIENTS WITH ARTISTS AND THEIR AUDIENCES

We are a boutique firm passionate about sharing artistic excellence with event producers and their audiences.  We work with a limited number of clients to procure A-List talent for your venue, festival, corporate, or nonprofit event. In consultation with our clients, we customize a search and book talent that exceeds expectations. Additionally, we share our expertise and passion for performance through event consultation every step of the way, including box office, marketing, and production guidance. We also partner on co-presentations on a selected basis.

Christine Sandin

Founder & CEO

VP, Artist & Client Relations


After college in Wellesley, Massachusetts, Christine began her career in radio promotions in Seattle during the grunge explosion of the 90's. Thereafter she worked for a number of years in independent concert promotion with partner Joe Fletcher, producing concerts in venues from 500 to 5,000+ seats throughout the Northeast.  She has also held leadership positions in arena management for Comcast-Spectacor, run large music festivals, and acted as Executive & Artistic Director of the Sunset Cultural Center in Carmel, CA for ten years before launching Minerva Talent Group in 2021. She continues to be inspired by the field and is passionate about finding and connecting emerging talent to wider audiences.

Joe Fletcher

VP, Minerva Presents


Joe has been working in concert promotion, festival production, fundraising events, and political campaigns for the past thirty years, producing over 1500 concerts on four continents featuring Pink, Rihanna, Bob Dylan, 50 Cent, Eminem, Black Eyed Peas, Keith Urban, Van Halen and others. Highlights include producing the largest festival in Western Africa with Beyonce, Snoop Dogg, Jay Z, Ciara, Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes; producing the Tobago Jazz Festival with Elton John, Diana Ross, Mary J Blige, Sean Paul, Al Green, and Earth, Wind & Fire; serving a White House appointment to the Entertainment Advisory Council for President Obama and surrogate artists like Jack Johnson, John Legend, Michael Franti, Chris Cornell, Sheila E., Los Lobos, and more.

Mary Carrieri

Director, Client Services


Mary has over two decades of experience creating effective sales and marketing solutions for an array of clients, including high-end hotel properties in the California tourism industry. She eventually parlayed her passion for art and her experience in sales & marketing to a career in the performing arts. Her exceptional customer service skills and deep connection to the community landed her in the position of Event Director at the Sunset Cultural Center in Carmel CA for over ten years. There she handled a large volume of clients and oversaw multiple departments, earning her the title of Deputy Director. Mary has a breadth and depth of experience in all aspects of event operations and venue management. She joined Minerva Talent ready to provide her signature warmth, professionalism, and dedication to excellence to our artists and clients.

Natalie V. Hall

Director, Brand Marketing & Programs


 Natalie is a creative producer and brand strategist working across live music, arts/culture, and creative technology. She has held multiple Head of Marketing and Events roles for venues, consultancies, and startups, working closely with agencies and promoters such as CAA, WME, and Live Nation. Highlights from a diverse resume include developing the UK’s first 3D volumetric scanning rig for live performance, designing spatialized music festival ARRAY with Dave Okumu of The Invisible, and Co-founding production company/art incubator Social Convention. Natalie has consulted for over 60 entertainment clients, designing comprehensive brand, digital, audience, and business strategy while raising over £2M in grant funding. She currently works between Los Angeles and London and is a Lecturer in Fundraising and Cultural Entrepreneurship for the MA Arts Administration program at Goldsmiths UoL.
